We charge a nominal booking fee of $3.30 (per purchase) for tickets purchased by telephone. Tickets purchased online or in-person at the Box Office do not attract a booking fee.

Gardens Theatre adheres to the Live Performance Australia's Code of Practice for Event Ticketing which states that ticket holders who are unable to, or choose not to attend the performance, are not entitled to refunds or exchanges. This applies to all tickets booked outside of a subscription.
You may be able to exchange tickets to another performance of the same show, depending on availability. Call the Box Office to arrange new tickets before the date of your booked performance.
Concession ticket prices require proof of concession status (such as Seniors Card or QUT ID Card) which must be presented at time of ticket collection.
Please note that we are unable to offer some concession types and promotional offers online – they will only be available for in-person purchases.
The Concession rate is available for Seniors cardholders, QUT staff and groups of 10 or more. Further discounts apply for Full-time students and Pensioners. For all group bookings, please contact the Box Office.
All full-time students from a registered tertiary institution and Pensioners are able to purchase Pensioner/Full-time student tickets, but must produce a valid concession card at the time of ticket collection.
Groups of 10 or more people (not including School groups) are eligible to receive Concession prices for Season 2020 and QUT Showcase productions. For all group bookings, please contact the Box Office.
Caught in traffic? Got a flat tyre? We'll help you see as much of the performance as possible; however, we need to wait for a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the theatre staff and the production company. Please note you are not entitled to a refund if you miss part or all of a performance.
Seating is allocated at time of booking. Our online ticket office is connected (real time) to our Box Office ticketing system.

Your comfort is our priority. If you have specific seating needs, please contact the Box Office by phone or email to discuss your seating arrangements with our staff.
We know that tickets can get lost. If the worst does happen, we can arrange a replacement. Please report lost or stolen tickets to Gardens Theatre Box Office as soon as possible. You will need to provide us with the name and address at the time of purchase and photo identification to collect the reprinted ticket/s.
Occasionally an artist is replaced due to sickness or an emergency. If this does happen, we may need to vary the advertised program and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary. Please note you are not entitled to a refund in this instance.
