Services and Facilities

Located at Creative Industries Precinct, 2km from the CBD on the western fringe of the city, The Glasshouse is a multi-function space. Its highly flexible design makes it suitable for conferences, presentations, launches, trade displays and receptions. The Glasshouse can be hired as the one venue or two smaller spaces.

Capacity

Up to 75 theatre style, 28 boardroom style and 100 cocktail style.

Glasshouse 1, 12m x 7m
Equipped with fixed data projector, retractable screen - 2m x 1.5m, input for computer to projector, (NB. there is no fixed computer in The Glasshouse), integrated sound system for computer input, DVD, VHS, CD player. ** Microphone available on request**

Glasshouse 2, 5.5m x 3.8m
Kitchen Equipped with bar fridge, glass washer, microwave oven

The spaces may be booked separately or, by retracting the sound-attenuated wall between Glasshouse 1 and Glasshouse 2 , as a single larger space.

Catering

We can provide a list of recommended caterers on request. There is no obligation to use one particular caterer at the Creative Industries Precinct venues.

Parking

Street parking available. Disabled parking is located on Carraway St. Special VIP parking may be available for a limited number of client vehicles.
