Gardens Theatre School Booking Procedure:
1. Download and complete the booking form and fax/post to Gardens Theatre. Please keep a copy for your records.
2. Once booking form is received, Gardens Theatre will contact QUT Finance to generate an invoice for 20% of the total cost, as a non-refundable deposit. The invoice will be sent via email/fax within 5 business days.
3. Box Office will email or fax the school contact a confirmation of reservation and a 'Guide for Group Bookings'.
4. The 20% deposit must be paid within 14 days to confirm your seats. If not paid, your seats will be released.
5. Please confirm your final student numbers six (6) weeks prior to the show’s first performance. Changes to numbers will not be permitted after this date. Please advise of changes in writing via email or fax.
6. Gardens Theatre will invoice your school for the final balance five (5) weeks prior to the performance.
7. Final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to the performance.
8. Payments can be made by cheque (payable to QUT), credit card, direct deposit, Bpay or at the Post Office. Please contact GardensTix for payment information on 07 3138 4455.
9. Tickets will not be mailed/emailed. School group booking slip and allocations are to be picked up from the Box Office on the day of the performance.

Note: Refunds not available if students cannot attend the show.
