Located in The Mansions opposite the Queensland Club, Augustines is just a short stroll down main drive to the Theatre. Augustine's on George has been well regarded as one of Queensland's favourite fine dining restaurants for the past 24 years.

Homemade Bread, Butter and Tapenade

Grilled Fillet of Tasmanian Beef, served medium, paris mash potato, grilled asparagus, hollandaise jus

Petuna Ocean Trout, cherry tomato salsa, homemade tartare sauce

Sautéed Mushroom with a Mushroom & Taleggio Risotto

Dessert

Gingerbread Sticky Pudding, greens ginger wine & x.o. sauce, vanilla icecream

Coffee Scented Chocolate Mousse, double cream & fruit compote

Banana Crème Brulee, toasted almond bread, almond ice cream

Pre-booking is essential, please call Augustine's direct on 3221 0014 for bookings (24 hours prior).

Augustine's is open prior to all professional season evening performances from Monday - Saturday. The Gardens Theatre Pre-Show Dining menu is available from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
